When a client first comes to our law firm they are facing one of the most difficult times of their life.  They are unable to work because of their health and need disability benefits to help make ends meet financially and aide in affording medical care.  I enjoy helping a client navigate through a disability process that can be overwhelming and confusing.   From the first time I meet with someone I make sure they understand how Social Security will evaluate a claim, the overall disability process, and the standard it takes to prove disability.  I believe a government should be there to help its citizens when they need it the most and strive to make an otherwise daunting task, process, and situation more accessible.
